The villa is divided into 2 levels, with a total of 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as interiors adapted to all weather conditions to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. There is air-conditioning, central heating and even a romantic fireplace. The living room directly gives out the patio and features an easy-breezy layout with sofas, a traditional fireplace, a flat-screen Smart TV and a full kitchen. Guests can use the dishwasher, microwave, oven, drip coffee machine and fridge available to make their holiday completely carefree. Free Wi-Fi and private parking are available for your convenience. Sleeping All bedrooms in the villa are spacious and bright. Two bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobe, while the remaining two have 2 single beds and a wardrobe. At Cortona, guests can explore the rich Etruscan history as well as check out the stunning Santa Maria Nuova church by Giorgio Vasari. Shorter trips to other famous attractions and towns in the area can also be easily taken from here. Lake Trasimeno is a 20-minute drive away, meanwhile, Montepulciano is half an hour’s car ride away. Relaxation at the Rapolano Spa is also half an hour from here and guests can easily make their way to beautiful Arezzo in 45-minutes!
