Overlooking the sparkling Meditteranean Sea and Tavolara Island, the villa is the ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. There is an abundance of outside space, for relaxing and dining al fresco, whilst enjoying the stunning view. A glass door from the shaded veranda opens into the spacious living area, with cool tiled floors and a high ceiling. There is a corner sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Moka coffee machine and fridge/freezer. The villa has a large private garden with sun loungers. There is an extensive terrace around the front of the villa which is partially shaded. The terrace is furnished with a dining table as well as a lovely seating area, perfect for sundowners after a day on the beach. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, hanging rail and French windows which lead out to the garden. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Life centres around the busy marina, which offers restaurants, bars and shops under the shaded arcades. The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king. There is a regular boat service from Porto San Paolo’s dock. Olbia hosts farmers’ markets 3 days a week, the best being the Saturday market in Via Sangallo (25 minutes).
