The decor is cosy, with wooden ceilings and panelling throughout. The furniture is traditional, with a sofa and dining table with chairs in the open-plan living area. Large glass doors open onto the private balcony with panoramic mountain views. The slopes around Argentière are suitable for intermediate and experienced skiers. Some of the higher slopes offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May. For younger skiers, the Panda Club offers ski lessons and other activities. The village is home to some excellent restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. The weekly market, where you can find the very best local ingredients, takes place every Sunday morning. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing and horse riding. Geneva Airport is a 1 hour, 30 minute drive from the apartment.
