Pino 4 is a ground-floor apartment for 6, in the heart of this small resort which has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and on-site restaurant and bar. It is a convenient base for friends and family who want to explore the Salento Peninsula or simply relax in the sun. The open-plan living space is furnished with a sofa, dining table and chairs and a kitchenette. The fitted kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, fridge/freezer and a Mokka coffee machine. Outside, the apartment has a shaded private courtyard. Here, guests will find a dining table and chairs for meals al fresco. Pino Residence offers a shared, outdoor swimming pool with an outdoor jacuzzi, BBQ facilities, communal terrace gardens plus a restaurant and bar on site. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Sunbeds by the pool can be rented at the following rates: €7 for half day and €13 for full day. Extra services are available for a fee and include a bar, restaurant, and pizzeria. Location Pino Residence is on the edge of the resort of Torre Lapillo which is known for its beach which is 1.3km of soft sand and crystal-clear waters. The gentle slope of the shoreline makes it ideal for children. Away from the sea, the town has everything holidaymakers might need during their stay. There are supermarkets, smaller food shops and a wide range of restaurants and pizzerias to suit all ages and budgets. The neighbouring resort of Porto Cesareo also has beautiful beaches and lively nightlife. The town’s weekly market (Thursday) is the best place to find the finest local food, including olive oil and a variety of cheeses. The historic town of Gallipoli (35 minutes) is a very popular tourist destination during the summer months. In Greek, Gallipoli means “beautiful city” and the town does not disappoint. The town’s ancient walls soar over the harbour and fishing port. There is a daily fish market where if you go early you can pick up the freshest catch of the day.
