The apartment, which sleeps up to 4 people, is just 5 minutes from the sea and makes a great holiday base for a family or friends who want to enjoy one of the most exclusive areas of the Côte d’Azur. The flat is in a contemporary residence in a quiet part of central Menton. The open-plan living room is light and airy, thanks to the large French windows that open onto a private balcony. The balcony, which acts as an extension to the interior, has a dining table and chairs for meals al fresco. Back inside, the living area is furnished with a sofa and flat-screen TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, oven, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. There is another dining table for 4 next to the kitchen.
