On the ground floor of a contemporary residence, this apartment sleeps 5 people. The open-plan living space includes a sofa, extensive storage, a flat-screen TV and an attractive wooden dining table. A glass door opens onto the private decked terrace. On the terrace, there is a table and chairs for relaxed meals al fresco. Back inside, the kitchen is separated from the living area by a convenient hatch. It is well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and fondue. Sleeping Bedroom: The cosy bedroom with wooden walls is furnished with bunk beds and a single bed. Extra: There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom The tiled bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment and a basin. The W.C. is separate. The peak of Aiguille du Midi, close to Mont Blanc, is a magnet for mountaineers, rock climbing and paragliding in the summer months. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, including white water rafting, golf and horse riding. Chamonix has all the amenities visitors need throughout the year, including many bars and restaurants to suit all budgets. Chamonix Sud has a weekly market every Tuesday morning.
