On the third floor (with lift) of a modern residence, with sea views, this airy apartment ensures a fun and stress-free holiday! The contemporary apartment has an open-plan living space which has been furnished with an L-shaped sofa and a dining table and chairs. The fitted kitchenette is next to the dining area and is equipped with an induction hob, microwave and a fridge. A glass door leads from the living room to the shaded balcony which is furnished with a table and chairs. So guests can relax with a glass of wine enjoying the sea views and overlooking the swimming pool below. The shared swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace furnished with tables and chairs. Sleeping The master bedroom has a modern double bed and wardrobe. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. Alternatively, there are many supermarkets and local shops close by. Golf-Juan-Vallauris train station is a 5-minute walk away, offering direct connections to Antibes (5 minutes), Cannes (10 minutes) and Nice (30 minutes). During high season, ferries to Sainte-Marguerite Island depart right in front of the residence – a perfect day trip for nature lovers.
