# Rooftop Apartment With Sea View in Provence Alpes Cote Dazur Cap D'ail, France > In the heart of the Cote d’Azur, only 15 minutes from Monte Carlo, this is a charming apartment for 2. Set on the hillside overlooking the Mediterranean, this apartment is the ideal choice for a couple looking for a romantic and relaxing escape. Access is down a flight of steps and across a spacious terrace. The terrace is partly shaded and has 3 separate dining areas where guests can enjoy the stunning sea views with a glass of wine. Inside, the open-plan living area has a pretty, brightly tiled floor and contemporary furniture. There is a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table for 2 and a fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge/freezer. Sleeping The cosy bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib). Bathroom The stylish bathroom has a full bath with a shower, basin, bidet and WC. There are coastal walking paths close by and you can reach Monaco on foot in 1 hour, whilst enjoying stunning views of the sea. There are beaches within a 15-minute walk, while cafés and restaurants are all within easy reach. For fun days out the towns of Èze (19 minutes) and Beaulieu-sur-Mer (18 minutes) should not be missed. Èze is perched on a hilltop overlooking the coast and its Medieval streets are packed with tempting boutiques and restaurants. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is an unspoiled resort town with pastel-coloured villas and some very good restaurants. For self-catering there are three supermarkets less than 5 minutes from the apartment. Or try the weekly market (Friday from 8.00am to 12.30pm) at Cap d’Ail, Place des Oliviers. Here you can pick up the freshest local produce to enjoy at home. The apartment is less than 50 minutes from Nice airport by car.
