The villa is on the hillside, and the entrance is on the first floor. Here, guests will find a stylish sitting room with a contemporary sofa, a large flat-screen TV and an impressive marble fireplace. French windows open onto a private balcony. There is a larger balcony that wraps around the villa. This serves as a dining room for meals al fresco, overlooking the pool. There is also a comfortable outdoor seating area and a smaller dining table, next to stone steps that lead down to the swimming pool. Back inside, the sleek modern kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge/freezer. The private garden is well-tended and planted with lush Mediterranean plants as well as a mature olive tree that provides shade on sunny days. The villa is 15 minutes from Monte Carlo, so guests can easily explore this glamorous principality. You can even follow the old customs path and walk there in 1 hour, 20 minutes. For self-catering, the market in the town of Carnolès (5 minutes) takes place every Wednesday and Thursday morning. Alternatively, there is a small supermarket 7 minutes away and larger ones in Carnolès. Nice airport is just 35 minutes away.
