The spacious living-dining room is furnished with a contemporary sofa, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a dining table, with French windows opening onto the garden. A separate, well-equipped kitchen sits alongside the living space, with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Moka coffee pot, plus a small table and chairs for casual meals. French windows lead from the kitchen to one of two outdoor dining areas. The fully fenced garden is the heart of the property, with a private unheated swimming pool, a shaded dining area, seating for an evening aperitivo, and a table tennis table.
