The bay is located in the west part of the town of Hvar, on the island of Hvar, and is 4,4 km (road distance) away from the center of the town, or 0,5 miles by a boat. The villa is located in the area which is a private national park, inhabited by mouflon, stags, hinds, and other animals. The villa has a separate automatic door so you can enter the park to get to the villa property, and the villa is one of only six houses located in the bay. The villa provides maximum privacy, since uninvited visitors can’t enter the national park area. It’s one of the biggest advantages of the property - the beach in front of the villa feels almost private!
