The lower level is an open plan dining and living area which leads onto the large balcony with uninterrupted sea views, a swimming pool and outdoor seating. The well equipped kitchen is towards the back of this level and leads off of the dining area. There is also a guest toilet. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms all air conditioned. The master bedroom has a private balcony with sea views and seating. The en-suite bedroom is open plan (with an enclosed toilet). Bedrooms 2 & 3 are smaller, have mountain views and share a bathroom. Due to the close proximity of this apartment to the neighbours, this apartment doesn’t allow any parties.
