With a modern and refined decoration, in which wood and noble materials predominate, you will enjoy the large living spaces in total luxury and refinement. The large air-conditioned living room welcomes you in a sumptuous living room furnished with comfortable sofas under a high vaulted ceiling all in immaculate white. The atmosphere is warm and conducive to relaxation of the mind during your vacation in St-Barths. The indoor dining room brings together all your guests around its magnificent rectangular table for meals cooked with gluttony in the contemporary and very well-equipped kitchen with central island. Outside, there is the immense covered terrace, where rest areas, another outdoor dining room and numerous armchairs are arranged to take full advantage of the gentle trade winds. A breathtaking seascape invites itself into the atmosphere with the panoramic view of the hills and the neighboring islands of Saint-Martin and Anguilla . On the lower level, a large heated swimming pool is placed on the deck over the entire width of the house. This exceptional pool is extended by a second shallow pool with wide steps, perfect for young children . This terrace has a bar, a very comfortable outdoor living space, and plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing or reading in front of the view. The luxurious holiday home has six air-conditioned bedrooms spread over two levels. All have a king size bed or twin beds convertible to a king, as well as a modern private bathroom. The three bedrooms located on the main level have a beautiful view of the ocean and the garden, and the other three bedrooms on the lower level open onto the swimming pool.
