There is also a large shaded chill out and dining area next to the pool, which also enjoys the stunning sea views. The ground floor consists of a very large open plan social area, which enjoys large glass windows - overlooking the swimming pool, the coastline and the island of Formentera. This space has a very high ceiling and is tastefully decorated with neutral tones and beautiful furniture from all over the world, constantly updated with new inspirations from the owners many travels creating a stunning modern, luxurious home. The stylish sofa-area has a large fireplace, HD wall projector and flat screen TV with both Apple TV as well as all satellite channels. The dining area is located next to the fully equipped kitchen, where you will also find access to an additional room consisting of a single bed and a bathroom for staff/nanny.
