This villa’s private pool sits in the center of the sundeck surrounded by armchairs and loungers. A dining gazebo rests in the corner and a boardwalk leads to the beachfront cabana. A wooden awning shades the veranda, and French doors open to the open-concept living room and kitchen. In the living room, a cushioned sectional faces a flat screen Smart TV. A breakfast bar partially separates the living room from the kitchen, which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a blender, and a coffee maker. WIFI, Bluetooth speakers, and an alarm system run throughout the home. Its master bedroom enjoys a four-poster king bed, stunning ocean views, a flat screen Smart TV, exterior access, and an Italian-tiled ensuite bathroom. Housekeepers maintain the villa daily. The villa is minutes from snorkeling in Smith’s Reef, water sports in Turtle Cove, and ideal ocean swimming at Babalua Beach. Turtle Cove’s restaurants are within a short drive, and central Grace Bay is a few minutes down the coast.
