The covered terraces boast comfortable outdoor sofas and an external void sound system, there is also a hidden hammock attached to palm trees and a herb garden - oregano, thyme, sage, lemongrass and chillies. LIVING AREAS This villa has exquisite styling across its vast living space complimented with black walnut flooring and neutral furnishings in shades of cream and taupe. On the ground level there is a spacious open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. In the lounge there are large luxurious sofas, a coffee table, satellite, plasma TV, DVD, Bang and Olufsen sound system. The large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar has an American fridge freezer, Gaggeneau hob, Miele dishwasher, large oven, Krups coffee machine, citrus press, juicer, Royal Stafford crockery and Robert Welch cutlery. The utility room is equipped with an extra wine fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. All areas have access to WiFi and the whole property is protected by an alarm system with CCTV which is connected to a 24 hour security company. There is also a guest WC.
