On the lower floor of the private villa, there is a laundry room with a separate washer and dryer, and ample storage. Adjacent to this is a Hamam steam room with a relaxation area, shower, and toilet. The impeccable outdoor area is host to a heated infinity pool (seawater) with a beautiful sea view, a comfortable Jacuzzi area, and a waterfall jet. The roofed terrace has a monastery-style table that can seat up to 20 guests. There is a large indoor storage room with indoor showers and a toilet. A barbeque, wooden oven, wall fireplace, and worktop with sink are also available. There are sun-loungers and an open-air shower with hot and cold water for bathers to enjoy. A path with steps leads down to the walking road, from where visitors have private access to the beach.
