The well-equipped Villa sleeps up to 10 visitors, accommodated in a double-storey building with exceptional coastal views. The trendy living room is furnished with a large sectional sofa and equipped with a 50” Smart TV with satellite. There is additional seating in the room for relaxing and entertaining. Included in the open-plan design is a dining area with ample seating for 10 guests, as well as a modern and functional kitchen with all the required appliances including an oven and stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine, and Nespresso. The luxury Villa has 4 double bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and one with an additional double bunk bed. All the bedrooms are elegantly styled in neutral tones with TVs, air-conditioning, and sea-facing balconies. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom equipped with a bath and shower, and guests are provided with bath towels and toiletries. There is an additional WC for guests on the ground floor. Fresh linens and a cleaning service are provided regularly. The Villa boasts a lavish outdoor entertainment area, perfect for a relaxing holiday experience. There are a number of sun loungers and sofas in both sunny and shaded areas surrounding the clear blue swimming pool. This holiday rental has a gorgeous outdoor dining area, as well as amazing food prep facilities including a fridge and built-in BBQ.
