Light and bright interiors with high wooden vault ceiling and breathtaking lake view from every room. The porch and open pool deck invite you to spend relaxing hours outside. At the pool area, with separate wooden deck and 2 sun lounges, you will enjoy swimming in a heated pool and relax in the sun. This design home is situated in the distinctive Lake Jem area, only 10 minutes’ drive from downtown Mount Dora. Besides enjoying all the villa’s amenities there is much more to do and see in historic Mount Dora, known from the multiple shops and many local restaurants. Winter Garden, Winter Park, and Orlando with its world class attractions, restaurants and great shopping are only 30 minutes’ drive. Beaches are only 1 hour away. RENTAL OPTIONS: The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax. To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave. You can also rent a golf cart from us.
