The villa is split over two levels, with one bedroom on the lowest level and four bedrooms on the main level. The property is entered on the lowest level, which features a gym and one bedroom. The bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, as well as air-conditioning. The second level houses the living spaces, kitchen and remaining four bedrooms. The house is fully secure with an alarm, has a double garage and ample on-street parking for guests. LOAD SHEDDING BACKUP What is Powered:All lights and plug points work. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine, blenders/ mixer. If there is a major electrical failure then the Inverter System can run for about 8-10 hours depending on how many lights and plugs are used. What Isn’t Powered:The aircon, laundry appliances, and stoves don't work during load-shedding. HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY This home does not accommodate children under 12.
