# Newly built Laneway Home 1 BD Centrally located Vancouver, Canada > Welcome to my newly built laneway home with 1 bedroom and 1 and a half bathroom. Suitable for 5 guests with comfort and coziness. The property is located 5 minutes away from the bustling restaurants and bars on Main Street, 5 minutes away from Queen Elizabeth Park, and 7 min walk to grocery stores. Only 20 minutes drive to downtown Vancouver. The Space: My home has 1 bedroom with a queen size mattress, a large loft upstairs that has a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, and a ottoman bed that can sleep 1 person It's perfect for a small family or a couple that's visiting from out of town. There is ample free street parking. Guests have their own dedicated access to the suite. Guest Access: Guest will have access to the whole suite without sharing with anyone. Clear instructions including instructional videos of how to access the suite will be sent upon booking confirmation. Guests will be given an access code that is only valid during your stay. The access code is active at 3pm check-in day and deactivated at 11am at the check-out day. Interaction with Guests: If guests need anything don't hesitate in contacting us thru the booking platform you booked on. We will respond ASAP. The Neighborhood: Perfect place for families and only a 5 min drive to the one of the most beautiful parks - Queen Elizabeth park, 5 minutes from Kensington Park. My place is 4 minute drive to Main St where all the best culinary restaurants and bars are located in including all the hip cafes. Downtown is 20 minutes away and the airport is also 20 minutes away. The neighborhood is very quite and safe and there is plenty of street parking. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, Taxi is available to get you around. There is a bus stop one block away for a 30 minute bus downtown. Other Things to Note: *** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *** Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 15% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in. 1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply: - No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco ) - No illegal drugs - No party or gathering of any sort - No loud noises at all times - No pets allowed - Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am - Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests - 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest. 2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience. 3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request. Extra Service information details: 1. Early Check-In: Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply. Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability. 2. Late Check-Out: Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm). 3. Luggage Drop-Off Service: We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time. 25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service. We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area. Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
