The furnishings are plush and comfortable and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need for a wonderful time in Cape Town. The master bedroom has magical sea views and an en-suite bathroom. Lie in bed, with the sound of the waves. The second bedroom is at the rear of the apartment, with partial sea views and a dedicated bathroom. There are renovations on the building of this property. Occasional construction noise can be heard. There is no disruptive visual impact to the view. Building hours are Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00. The expected completion date is 30 October 2026.
