This charming property has two air-conditioned bedrooms, a shower/WC, and beautiful terraces. It offers superb views of the surrounding hills and Pantocrator Mountain. Layout A few steps (from the pool and parking area) ascend to the house's ground floor and on its left-hand side, where a second twisted metal staircase lands on Cochelli's Upper front balcony. The entrance opens into an open space, which includes a small living room, kitchen, and dining table. Next to the kitchen is a door that opens to a small back balcony for those who would fancy some additional peace. To the left of this space is a twin bedroom with a door opening onto a front balcony, a double with access to the rear terrace, and a shower/Wc shared between the two bedrooms.
