Takis Apartment is just a few steps away from the beach and two traditional tavernas. Takis is a spacious air-conditioned property on the 1st floor of the building. It is ideal for a family or party of four (4) persons, who can be accommodated in two airy bedrooms and one bathroom. Layout Stree access is from a staircase next to Kaminaki Villas swimming pool (Takis guests have NO use of this pool). The staircase lands on a private back terrace and the house's main entrance. The entrance opens onto an open-plan space with a beautifully fitted kitchen, dining table, and a comfortable sitting area. A family bathroom is on the left, and French doors open onto the front balcony (overlooking the pool area). Two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, are isolated from the pool area for additional peace. A beautiful terrace with a wooden table and chairs is located at the main entrance. At the end of which, a staircase leads up to the private roof terrace, which offers stunning views of the bay and the sea up to the Greek Mainland. Perhaps this terrace is the most tranquil part of the house, if not the entire Kaminaki hamlet. The Location Takis Apartment is an attractive elevated house, just a few steps away from the pebbly beach and the local tavernas, about 2 km to the additional amenities of Nisaki village. The place is ideal for anyone seeking a holiday away from cosmopolitan and noisy resorts, surrounded by green hills and a clear turquoise sea.
