Keep an eye out for local wildlife - quail, rabbits, and other native desert creatures often make an appearance. Whether you spend your days hiking scenic nearby trails, exploring the local shops and restaurants, or simply relaxing in the peaceful ambiance of your home away from home, Boulder's Retreat offers the ideal balance of comfort, privacy, and authentic Arizona beauty. Your serene desert getaway awaits. This is a private home and no resort amenities are available for guests. You will have exclusive access to the seasonally-heated pool located within the Pueblos Villas community just steps from this home. Public access is available to the golf course and resort restaurants. Additional Fees may apply when reserving add-ons to your reservation. Max 2 Pets Allowed (Additional $200 pet fee each non refundable) Pack N Play: $40 + tax per item High Chairs: $40 + tax per item Air Mattress: $40 + tax per item Home Rules Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability. Communal Pool HOA regulations require all vehicles to be parked inside the garage at all times. Driveway and street parking are NOT allowed. We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you! Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
