> ===== Exterior ===== Villa Velari boasts a fabulous location and wonderful views over the hills of Volterra, in the province of Pisa, an area rich in history. Its architecture reflects elegance and luxury, offering a 360-degree view of the picturesque Tuscan hills. This residence represents an extraordinary combination of traditional architecture and Italian innovation, guaranteeing guests a unique experience. The outdoor space is characterised by a large, enclosed garden, which is landscaped down to the smallest detail. The beautiful infinity pool (7mx14m), equipped with hot water and motorised roller shutter, offers a breathtaking view. Nearby are sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is also a whirlpool bath in a panoramic position. There is also an outdoor dining area with table and chairs and a barbecue at the complete disposal of guests. Garden and pool maintenance Mid-week cleaning service (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) N.B.: the services indicated are organized by third-party service providers with whom you will be put in contact. Private parking for guests. Animals are welcome. ===== Interior ===== The interior spaces are characterised by a unique style and a cosy atmosphere. On the ground floor, the open space combines the dining room with the living room and kitchen. The living area is furnished with a large sofa, wood-burning fireplace and SmartTV. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, ice machine, wine cooler, coffee machine with pods and mocha. The indoor dining area has a table and chairs for 6 persons. The villa is ideal for people with mobility problems as there are no steps on the lower floor. The sleeping area is characterised by 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom equipped with a glass shower: two of the rooms are on the ground floor, one of the rooms has a bathroom equipped to accommodate wheelchair users. These rooms have views of the beautiful garden. On the upper floor is The Suite with a view of the breathtaking panorama. On the ground floor there is also a study and a further, more intimate living area with TV. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped gym for the exclusive use of guests. Air conditioning in the open space, suite and gym and underfloor heating system. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available to guests.
