A private boat dock is available for tying up a rental boat. Please note: the boat lift is not available for guest use. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES • Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board • Garage with two bicycles and fishing rods • Starter supplies for laundry, kitchen, and trash • Basic cleaning supplies • Salt & pepper provided GOOD TO KNOW • Professional cleaning before every stay • Minimum stay applies • Non-smoking property • No parties or events Villa Su Casa offers comfort, a spacious pool area, and relaxed Florida living — ideal for a peaceful vacation in Cape Coral. Important Information: • Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors. • A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit; the remaining balance will be refunded. • Damage protection insurance up to $3,000 is automatically included with the booking. • Pet fee: $150 per animal per stay. • For security purposes, a doorbell camera at the front entrance and one camera in the garage are installed. There are no cameras inside the house, on the pool deck, or in the backyard. Full privacy is guaranteed.
