While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items. PET POLICY Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please pick up after pets outside. We usually allow one small to medium size dog (max 25 lbs.). No vicious breeds are permitted. A $200 pet fee applies. EXTRAS Extra Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
