While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items. PET POLICY Max of 2 Pet Allowed Non-Refundable $50 per pet ADDITIONAL AMENITIES Extra Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity. HOUSE RULES No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. No parties or events permitted. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Primary renters must be 25 years or older. A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
