The open-concept kitchen and dining area features gourmet, stainless steel appliances, including a mini-fridge and wine cooler. There is ample seating for all with a six-seater dining table and island counter seating for six more. Morning coffee can be enjoyed in one of the plush, window-side sofa chairs. Need to check in with the office during your stay? No problem. The home features a dedicated office and desk space, perfect to steal away and catch up on work. From this home, you'll also enjoy easy access to the area's great natural attractions, award-winning golf, and shopping and restaurants in Scottsdale. THINGS TO KNOW Pool heat is optional and an additional $150.00 + tax daily. Must let Host know at least 3 days in advance. Note: once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key. The City of Phoenix limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children.
