The owners stay here for much of the year, so it is not always available. The gardens in front of the lanai are lush and vast affording you privacy and quiet. The entryway has a private courtyard. The living room is sun-filled and features high-end furniture, smart TVs, and multiple lanais for outdoor entertaining. The community borders a golf course and is minutes away from the private beach club. The kitchen has all cooking appliances and a spacious dining area. The town home accommodates 4 guests with two bedrooms which have king size beds, en-suite bathrooms and private lanais. The couch in the living room opens up to a Queen bed and there is chair in one of the bedrooms that opens up to a single bed. Amenities include space for one-car in the garage, air conditioning, beach equipment, and access to resort facilities. Enjoy the serene island environment, private garden oasis, and close proximity to shops and restaurants.
