Villa Aclando is a true oasis of peace and tranquillity, miles away from stress and routine, yet just 5 minutes walk away from the nearest restaurant (and supermarket) and 10 minutes drive away from Rethymno with its amazing sandy beach. Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors, is finished to the highest standard and is air-conditioned (included in the rental rate). The main living area is located on the upper floor. There is a beautiful lounge with adjoining kitchen with sofas, armchairs, satellite TV, and all the necessary appliances for a self-catering holiday (including dishwasher, oven, 4 cooking rings, breakfast bar, etc) providing direct access to the outdoor terraces with panoramic pool and countryside views. On the same floor there is also a useful shower room and a double bedroom. The 2 further bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and provide direct access to the pool and garden.
