> Our BNB apartment "La Coccinella" is the ideal place to stay in a central location within the region, close to the most sought-after destinations: Villa Manin in Passariano, Palmanova, Cividale Del Friuli, Aquileia, and more. Here you can enjoy moments of relaxation in the elegance of a classically styled apartment. Find greater relaxation by sleeping on a fully plant-based Bioriposo bed, equipped with a passive-adaptive integrated circuit that cancels out environmental electromagnetic waves, allowing you to protect your sleep and energy. Within a short walk (400m), reach a playground equipped for children on Via Alturis, or the complex with a bar, laundry service, hairdresser, and beautician. Located on the ground floor (two steps up) of a small condominium, the first reinforced door on the right will be your accommodation. The 90 sqm apartment is in a quiet area. The bedroom features a comfortable "Full-Point BIORIPOSO" double bed, fully plant-based and equipped with an internal circuit that cancels out environmental electromagnetic "noise," providing a more restful sleep. The kitchen includes 4 burners, refrigerator, oven, extractor hood, and of course a complete set of plates, glasses, cups, and cutlery. There is a table for 4, a LAVAZZA coffee machine with assorted pods, also usable for heating water to prepare tea and herbal infusions. The living room overlooks the condominium garden and is furnished with a sofa bed for two people, an elegant extendable wooden table for 8, and an HD SMART TV that allows you to watch content of your choice. The house is covered by Wi-Fi connection, and upon your arrival, you will find all beds prepared with sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and towels according to the number of guests. PARKING SPACE Private outdoor parking space in the garden (please park in a way that allows space for a second car). The apartment’s location is truly convenient for travelers interested in exploring Friuli and its surroundings while staying in the Middle Friuli area.
