Recently renovated, the condo is set up for 2 couples or a family of four. Newly tiled throughout, the expansive floor plan (more than 1,000 sf) houses a brilliant brand-new kitchen with granite counter tops and gathering island, and Cherry cabinetry, and every implement and appliance required to prepare and serve your private island feast. Guest gas grills are also close-by on property. Comfort and convenience are priorities, with new, high-end Sealy mattresses all-around, and upscale tropical furnishings selected from Maui's top showrooms. The work of talented local artists accent the decor. High-speed Wi-Fi, free assigned close-by parking, large flat-screen with cable, and a new, oversized washer-dryer in the condo are among the amenities. The unit features an air-conditioner in the master bedroom as well as the second bedroom. A luxurious king size bed is in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. There is not an AC unit in the living room area. Kamaole III Beach is a one minute (or less) walk from the property and features wonderful swimming and snorkeling off the shore.
