A few steps lead from the courtyard to the main entrance and to the spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Large patio doors open to the verandas, and the high-beamed ceilings frame incredible views of the sea and Kaminaki Bay below. The 3 bedrooms include 1 double and 2 twins, sharing 2 family bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower). Outside, the villa offers wide paved terraces for sunbathing, dining, or simply relaxing with panoramic views. The private pool measures 11m x 4m (0.8m–2.4m deep) and has Roman steps for easy access.
