The upper floor houses the main living area, with an open-plan living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two air-conditioned bedrooms (one double, one twin) share two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower) and open onto private terraces with sea views.The lower floor consists of two self-contained suites, each with a bathroom, kitchenette, and private terrace.The suites are connected to the upper level by two external, elegant, marble staircases (one on each side of the house). This layout allows a group or family of up to eight guests to enjoy shared time together while also providing privacy when needed.Outside, the 12m x 7m pool is surrounded by sun terraces, sunbeds, and umbrellas, and is beautifully illuminated at night.
