Its proximity to the city of Perugia and its airport makes it easy to reach, yet far from the hustle and bustle: ideal for those seeking peace, rest, and an authentic experience in nature. Within the property there is also a children’s play area (2 swings and a small playhouse), a private pond where swimming is not allowed but fishing is possible (with a license), and 2 barbecues. Let yourself be guided to discover the hidden treasures of Umbria: from the historic medieval towns of Spello, Spoleto and Todi to natural wonders such as Lake Trasimeno and the Marmore Waterfalls, among the largest in Europe. Don’t miss a trip to Assisi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and to Norcia, the capital of Umbrian gastronomy. Note: the owner lives on site. The swimming pool is shared with the other guests of the property. It is open from June 13 to September 19, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. The last 500 meters to reach the property are along an unpaved road.
