A dining area provides space for enjoying meals together.The bedroom features twin beds which can set configured as twins or a double, and the apartment also includes a family bathroom. A hairdryer is available for guest use.Outside guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool which measures 12 by 12 metres and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool towels are provided for added convenience. The gardens include grassed areas and trees creating a relaxing outdoor environment, and a gardener visits periodically to maintain the grounds. A communal barbecue is also available for outdoor cooking.Private parking is available within the property grounds. The apartment enjoys pleasant country, garden and pool views and provides a peaceful base for exploring Fuseta and the surrounding Algarve region.A refundable cash security deposit of €200 is required on arrival to cover any potential breakages or damages during your stay. This deposit will be returned in full on the day of departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
