The first floor, reached by an external staircase, features its own kitchen/dining area and three double bedrooms — ideal for groups seeking privacy and flexible living arrangements. Wheelchair access is provided, making the property suitable for guests of all age groups. Outside, the estate feels like a private countryside retreat. Guests enjoy exclusive use of a large garden and a generous 7 × 14 m swimming pool, which can be covered, allowing comfortable use even in cooler seasons.
