Furnished to the specifications of a luxury 5 star hotel, the apartment is spacious. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom. Amenities are top-notch and the location is quite convenient, as you can leave the Palm Jumeirah with-in 5 minutes by car. The apartment is luxuriously furnished, made for family enjoyment, therefore parties are prohibited. The apartment consists of: a cozy living room - kitchen (fully equipped) - master bedroom (king bed) - second bedroom (king bed) - storage room - 2 bathrooms - 1 powder room - balcony (with table and four chairs). Complete access to the following (up to 4 persons and kids bellow 6 have free access): *2 Swimming pools * Steam Room * Gymnasium * Children's play area Guests will be able to enjoy 5 restaurants at the Fairmont Hotel.

As per the UAE and DTCM laws, each guest staying at the property has to be registered with them upon arrival, for which we require the National ID or Passport copy of each guest to be sent to us at least 24 hours prior to arrival. As per security regulations, only the number of people the apartment is bookable for will be allowed after receiving all their ID's. In case of any visitors, prior information is required along with their ID's and is subject to security clearance. There is a Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20/night for the property as per DTCM, which will be collected upon arrival, if not paid in advance. Please note that parties are strictly not allowed. Also, smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and comes with a fine of $500 in case of any violation. We like to personalize your stay and offer a range of additional services as required. Kindly let us know in advance if you would like any additional services and our team of professional hoteliers would be more than happy to arrange them for you. 1) Baby crib and high chair can be arranged with advance notice and subject to availability 2) Our standard check in time is 15:00 hrs on the day of arrival. However, let us know in case you would like an early check in and we can accommodate your request for an additional half day charge, subject to availability 3) Our standard check out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. In case you would like a late check out, please let us know in advance and we can arrange one for you at a half day charge until 18:00 hrs and a full day charge beyond 18:00 hrs, subject to availability. 4) Daily Cleaning upon request for an additional charge. 5) Private Cook at $ 30 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours (ingredients will be charged on actuals). 6) Certified Nanny Services $ 30 an hour for a minimum of 3 Hours. 7) Driver for the day with out a car $ 100 8) Any other assistance like airport pick up & drop, car hire, private butler etc can be accommodated and arranged at an additional cost
