The Master bedroom comes with a full king size bed and Second room with two twin beds that are complete with covers and linens that are fresh enough with the comfiest mattress and Hypoallergenic pillows to ensure that you will have a good night's sleep. There's also a balcony where you can step out on to enjoy your morning coffee and breathe in some fresh air while looking out views of the twinkling Dubai skyline.

As per the UAE and DTCM laws, each guest staying at the property has to be registered with them upon arrival, for which we require the National ID or Passport copy of each guest to be sent to us at least 24 hours prior to arrival. As per security regulations, only the number of people the apartment is bookable for will be allowed after receiving all their IDs. In case of any visitors, prior information is required along with their IDs, and it is subject to security clearance. There is a Tourism Dirham fee of AED 30/night for the property as per DTCM, which will be collected upon arrival, if not paid in advance. Please note that parties are strictly not allowed. Also, smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and comes with a fine of AED 2000 in case of any violation. We like to personalize your stay and offer a range of additional services as required. Kindly let us know in advance if you would like any additional services and our team of professional hoteliers would be more than happy to arrange them for you. 1) Baby crib and high chair can be arranged with advance notice and subject to availability 2) Our standard check in time is 15:00 on the day of arrival. However, let us know in case you would like an early check in and we can accommodate your request for an additional half-day charge (subject to availability). 3) Our standard check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. In case you would like a late check-out, please let us know in advance and we can arrange one for you at a half-day charge until 18:00 and a full-day charge beyond 18:00 (subject to availability). 4) Daily cleaning is upon request for an additional charge. 5) Private cook is at $30 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours (ingredients will be charged on actuals).
