Here you find a beautiful hall with terracotta tiles, fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a view to a wonderful garden. You find there also a chimney room and one bedroom suite, luminous living room with French windows and a fireplace completes the ground floor. THE GUEST HOUSE The separate guesthouse has a two bedroom apartment on the first floor with its own kitchen and living area and on the ground floor an indulgent Spa with a large sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and full bathroom facilities. THE GARDEN The property has a wonderful and big garden made for luxury living and entertaining. The outdoor area offers great facilities with heated swimming pool, outdoor cinema, outdoor sound system, floodlit tennis and paddle court, covered terrace, a comprehensive of outdoor kitchen, bar and BBQ area. Room layout: Main House • Three double bedrooms on the 1st floor, all are en suite. • One twin bedded children's bedroom with sofa-bed. No en suite - these guests will need to share an en suite with another bedroom. • Top floor hosts a beautifully, large master suite with lounge area, outdoor terrace and en-suite bathroom. • Downstairs off of the kitchen there is a beautiful double bedroom. No en suite. There is a guest toilet with sink on this floor but no bathroom. Guests will need to use an en suite from another bedroom. Second house • One double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom, walk in wardrobe. • Kitchen and separate lounge. • Double bedroom. No en suite, guests will need to share the en suite.
