The villa is arranged over two floors and designed for relaxed, open-plan living. On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining area flows into a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a bar and high stools. Large glass doors open onto a shaded terrace with a retractable awning, creating a breezy lounge space that overlooks the garden and pool. This level also includes two double bedrooms, each with 140 cm beds, sharing a shower room and toilet. A separate guest WC and a laundry room with washer and dryer complete the floor. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a 180 cm bed, en suite bathroom with bath and shower, and a partial view over St Tropez and the sea. A second upstairs bedroom offers a 160 cm bed, en suite shower and washbasin, and access to a large walk-in dressing area.

Located just off Route des Salins, the villa enjoys a central yet tranquil position within walking distance to the shops, markets, and restaurants of St Tropez. The nearby beaches of Canebiers and Les Salins are also within walking distance, making this an ideal base for both relaxation and exploration.
