Bedrooms share a large bathroom with a shower, and both have direct access to the terrace. There is one separate guest toilet on this floor. There is also a dining room with a table for 10 persons and a relaxing bar in this area. On the terrace is a beautiful swimming pool with an outdoor shower and lounge area with a direct exit to the quiet and private beach. The first floor of the Villa features two large and beautifully designed apartments. One apartment offers two bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom is double and features a wardrobe, safe and air-conditioning. The second bedroom has twin beds, and it is also air-conditioned and has a wardrobe and a safe. This apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen and living area with a dining table for 4 persons. The living area features a comfortable sofa, LCD TV with DVD. It opens up to a terrace with a magnificent view of the island of Smokvica and the fabulous Primosten sunset. The second apartment on the first floor has a charming living area with a large sofa, LCD TV with DVD, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. The living room opens to a beautiful terrace with a stunning sea view. There are two bedrooms here, one double bedroom and one bedroom with three beds for children (60×120 cm).
