The ground floor offers five additional bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, ensuite showers or baths, and separate WCs. This level also includes a home cinema lounge, a large games room with plasma screen, a gym with cardio equipment and weights, and a marble hammam for up to 8 guests. Two service bedrooms with 140 cm beds share a bathroom and separate WC. There is a fully equipped laundry and a service kitchenette.
