The villa is part of an exclusive collection of luxury properties selected for their superior design and amenities, comparable to those of a 5-star hotel. Additionally, by staying at this villa, you contribute to a greater cause, as 1% of the rental cost is donated to Emfasis, a non-profit organization supporting the homeless in Greece. Security Deposit: 5000 euros is required with the 2nd payment or in case of high season with one sole transfer.
