The villa is spread across three levels and comfortably combines traditional materials with contemporary design. On the main floor, guests will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, and a dining area that opens onto a covered veranda—perfect for alfresco meals. A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom is also located on this floor, along with a service bathroom and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are four additional bedrooms: one twin room with ensuite and bathtub, one double room with ensuite and bathtub and an extra single bed (on request), another double room with ensuite and bathtub plus two optional single beds, and one more double bedroom with an ensuite shower. Every bedroom is air-conditioned and features a private bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for all guests. The basement level features a study room with direct access to the pool and garden, as well as a full bathroom convenient for poolside use.

Set in the rolling hills between Lucca and the Tuscan coast, the villa is surrounded by olive groves and open countryside. The nearest shops and restaurants are about 6 km away, while the city of Lucca—with its Renaissance walls, vibrant piazzas, and charming boutiques—is just 15 km from the property. The location offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to cultural landmarks and local cuisine.

The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 1st. The pool is 5 x 10 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters, accessed via four wide steps, and surrounded by loungers and a sunbathing area. The property is partially fenced and professionally cleaned before arrival. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper waste disposal during their stay, in accordance with local rules. Failure to comply may result in penalties between €100–€150. Rental rates include linen (initial set), internet, and gas for cooking and hot water. Air conditioning and heating are charged separately based on consumption. A wood-fired oven is available for use only under specific safety guidelines and by prior agreement, typically with a professional chef. A security deposit of €1500 is required by credit card and refundable after inspection. Tourist tax is not included and must be paid locally. Self-check-in is available. Late check-in fees apply: €50 after 8:00 PM, €100 after 10:00 PM. Check-in is between 16:00 and 19:00; check-out is by 10:00. Extra services include bed linen and towel changes (€20 per person/week), an extra bed for children (€150 per child/week), and final cleaning (€350 mandatory). Baby cot and high chair are available upon request at no additional cost, depending on availability.
