As you descend from the parking, you will enter an elegant foyer, the central point of a bright, open-concept space spreading over two levels and separated by a marble staircase. The foyer is modern, yet comfortable with soft furnishings and art decorating the walls. You will find all your health needs met in the fully equipped fitness room next door, where you can keep up with your daily routines while surrounded by luxury. The lower level is an open-flow space comprised of a chic living room with a 60” TV and a state of the art kitchen with a custom made table for twelve. The bedrooms on the villa’s east side are spacious, and each room has its own shower bathroom. One room is level with the living room and kitchen, while the other one relishes the views from the highest point of the villa, just above the fitness room. - Outdoors: Sunbathing and swimming are also a special experience at this holiday villa. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor sofas where you can relax in the Mediterranean sunshine. If you descend the stone staircase you will find yourself directly on the pebble shores where you can access the sea at your leisure.
