This contemporary, welcoming space sets a tone you’ll find echoed throughout the rest of the home: modern, with warm rustic touches that speak of the region’s rugged character; cheerful, serene, casually elegant. This L-shaped space combines a living room and dining area. The living room benefits from two large windows on opposite facing walls, flooding the space with uplifting daylight. A ornamental fireplace with electric logs for ambiance and additional heating serves as the centerpiece between two comfy conversation chairs and a plump sofa with built-in chaise, opposite a wall-mounted TV. Around the bend, a casual dining table tucked into a sunny nook with a picture window provides seating for at least 8, with 4 chairs and a corner bench. Who knows what woodland creatures might drift by, providing entertainment over breakfast? Just off of the dining area, you’ll find a lovely kitchen with full-size stainless-steel kitchen appliances, including a range with oven/cooktop, refrigerator/freezer with in-door ice and water dispensers, a microwave and dishwasher. You’ll find everything you need to make yourself at home, including a coffee maker, chef’s knives, a tea kettle and cooking utensils. While you’re here, this is YOUR kitchen. Enjoy it! This main level of the home includes two bedrooms (one king and one queen bed) and a full bath.
