Accommodation comprises of entrance hall leading to the living area with plenty of comfortable seating, TV, DVD, music systems and doors to the pool terraces. The adjacent dining area can seat 12 comfortably. Direct access to the kitchen and barbeque area. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, juicer, coffee machine, microwave, electric stove and breakfast area. The adjacent utility room houses the washing machine/dryer. Sleeping accommodation on the ground floor comprises one small bedroom with twin sofa pull out bed (can be converted into a double bed) with en-suite shower room. A twin bedroom with direct access to a private terrace overlooking the pool / garden area. There is an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a TV. A twin room that overlooks the pool and garden area, TV and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. On the first floor there are two master suites with an extensive circular outside terrace with a private area for each of the rooms. The first master suite can be prepared as a twin or a double bedroom and features a private dressing area, TV, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The second master suite has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi. On the lower level is a games room with pool table, table tennis, flat screen TV, Playstation 3, baby play area, surround sound music system and DVD player. Adjacent the games room is a large sixth bedroom (available at a supplemental charge) suitable for teenagers. This room features two twin sofa pull-out beds (sleeps up to the 4 people), music system and football table. Outside there is a music system with two speakers next to the pool and garden area. Sofas, transparent curtains, candle lanterns and a water cascade create an ambient atmosphere. The free form swimming pool can be heated against an extra charge.
